11:31 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) said Monday that an affiliate of Cohen & Steers Capital Management and DLC Management have jointly acquired a two-property open-air shopping center complex in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The transaction includes Spring Creek Centre and Steele Crossing with 403,000 square feet of retail space with a 95% tenancy, according to Cohen & Steers ( CNS ).

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
