11:02 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colabor Group ( COLFF ) on Thursday said it appointed Yanick Blanchard as interim chief financial officer.

Blanchard, who is also assuming the role of interim senior vice-president, previously held the position of executive VP, managing director, and global head of corporate & investment banking for National Bank of Canada.

Colabor ( COLFF ) said it is continuing the search for a permanent CFO.

Shares of the company were last seen up 1% at $0.93 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
