Collective Metals Launches an Inaugural Drill Program at the Rocas Uranium Project in the Athabasca Basin

01:35 PM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Collective Metals ( CLLMF ) was last seen down 19% after the company on Tuesday said it has begun exploration drilling at its Rocas Uranium Project, located in northern Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin

The company said field crews are in place and drilling has started on schedule. The company plans 1,200 to 1,500 meters of drilling at high-priority target areas following completion of a ground gravity survey and geophysical modeling last year.

"With multiple high-priority targets defined through geophysics, surface mineralization, and recent prospecting, we believe Rocas has the potential to host shallow, high-grade uranium mineralization," said Chief Executive Christopher Huggins. "We look forward to testing these targets and advancing the Project in one of the world's premier uranium districts."

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.035 at $0.15 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
