09:22 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers International Group's ( CIGI ) Harrison Street Asset Management unit said Wednesday it has acquired a 60% stake in RoundShield Partners, a European credit investment firm.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

RoundShield will continue to operate independently, with its senior management team retaining the remaining ownership and leadership responsibilities, Harrison Street said.
