LONDON, Sept. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Com Laude, the London-headquartered supplier of corporate domain services owned by PX3 Partners, announces today that it is acquiring Markmonitor in a landmark carve-out transaction from Newfold Digital. This transformative transaction will create a leading global supplier of customer service, advanced tools and bespoke services for corporate domain customers, with an enterprise value of c. $450 million.
