Comfort Systems USA Expands Stock Buyback Program to 1 Million Shares

04:47 PM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Comfort Systems USA ( FIX ) late Tuesday said it increased its stock buyback authorization by another 411,426 shares to bring its existing repurchase plan to 1 million shares.

Through last Wednesday, the heating, cooling and ventilation service company had repurchased nearly 10.4 million shares for $299.6 million. These buybacks were part of over 10.9 million share repurchase program.

Comfort Systems USA ( FIX ) did not assign an expiration date for the expanded program.
