Commerce Bancshares Completes Acquisition of FineMark

04:10 AM EST, 01/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Commerce Bancshares ( CBSH ) said Thursday it closed acquisition of FineMark Holdings, the parent of FineMark National Bank & Trust.

Following the deal's completion, FineMark will operate as FineMark Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank. Joseph Catti will become chairman of Commerce Trust.
