Commercial Vehicle Group Completes Sale of Cab Structures Business to Volvo Group

05:42 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Commercial Vehicle Group ( CVGI ) said Wednesday it completed the sale of its cab structures business to Volvo Group for $40 million on Tuesday.

The cab structures business has operations in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, according to Commercial Vehicle Group ( CVGI ).

The company said it received $20 million on Sept. 6 and the remaining amount on Tuesday.
