Community Health Systems Unit Prices $1.23 Billion Notes Offering

05:16 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Community Health Systems ( CYH ) said Tuesday its Community Health Systems ( CYH ) subsidiary priced an offering of an additional $1.23 billion of 10.875% senior secured notes due 2032 at 102.000%.

The company said it expects the sale to close on or about June 5.

It intends to use net proceeds to redeem all outstanding 8.000% senior secured notes due 2026, cover related fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.
