05:39 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Compass Therapeutics ( CMPX ) said late Tuesday it started a public offering of its common stock and pre-funded warrants to buy shares.

The biopharmaceutical company will grant underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to purchase additional common shares, according to a statement.

Proceeds will be used to achieve commercial readiness, fund research and clinical development efforts, and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
