09:57 AM EDT, 05/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Compugen ( CGEN ) said Wednesday that it has appointed David Silberman as its chief financial officer, starting Aug. 15.

Silberman, who most recently served as the CFO of Oramed Pharmaceuticals ( ORMP ) , will succeed Alberto Sessa, who will leave Compugen ( CGEN ), also effective the same day.

Shares of Compugen ( CGEN ) were up nearly 4% in recent Wednesday trading.
