04:48 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Software ( CNSWF ) on Wednesday said its Harris operating group agreed to acquire Germany-based TECVIA Holding GmbH.

Financial details were not disclosed and the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions.

Constellation, through its operating groups, acquires and manages vertical-market software firms.

The company's shares closed up $15.34 to $3,970.35 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
