07:53 AM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Core & Main ( CNM ) said Tuesday that chief executive officer Steve LeClair will step down and become executive chair, while chief financial officer Mark Witkowski will take over as CEO on March 31.

Robyn Bradbury, currently senior vice president of finance and investor relations, will succeed Witkowski as CFO, also effective March 31, the company said.

The company's shares were down 4.6% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
