07:19 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Core Scientific ( CORZ ) completed its acquisition of Polaris DS for about $444 million in cash, adding about 440 megawatts of gross, grid-connected power capacity in Oklahoma, the company said Friday.

The company reiterated plans to scale its Muskogee campus to about 1.5 gigawatts of gross power, or 1 GW of leasable power, using grid-connected and behind-the-meter solutions.

The company expects to deliver the next 82 MW at Muskogee to its customer beginning in H2 of 2027, it added.
