CoreWeave to Acquire AI Agent Training Platform OpenPipe

04:34 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CoreWeave ( CRWV ) said late Wednesday it has agreed to acquire OpenPipe, a platform specializing in training artificial intelligence agents with reinforcement learning.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

CoreWeave ( CRWV ) said the deal would advance its strategy to deepen vertical integration across its technology stack.
