09:24 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Corporacion America Airports ( CAAP ) said Thursday that it has acquired the remaining 25% interest in Corporacion America Italia from the Investment Corporation of Dubai, bringing its total ownership to 100%.

Corporacion America Airports ( CAAP ) said the deal was completed via a share swap agreement, with the company delivering around 2 million newly issued shares to the Investment Corporation of Dubai as consideration for the deal.

The Luxembourg-based company said this acquisition has resulted in a 15.6% increase in its indirect economic interest in its Toscana Aeroporti unit.
