Corsair Says it Signed Agreement to Acquire Fanatec Sim Racing Brand From Endor AG

10:27 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Corsair (CRSR) said Monday it has signed an agreement to acquire the Fanatec Sim Racing brand and all of its associated personnel in an asset purchase from German gaming equipment manufacturer Endor AG.

Financial terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

The deal is expected to close within the week, the company said.

Corsair shares were climbing 0.3% in recent Monday trading.
