10:31 AM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cosmos Health ( COSM ) said Friday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirements after filing its 2023 annual report on Form 10-K and its financial results for the quarter ended March 31 on Form 10-Q.

The healthcare company said it received letters from Nasdaq on April 17 and May 21 over its non-compliance.

Nasdaq has determined that the company complies with the rule following its filings, and the matter is now closed, Cosmos said.
