10:13 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Costamare ( CMRE ) said Wednesday that it completed the spin-off of its dry bulk business into a new standalone company called Costamare Bulkers (CMDB).

Costamare Bulkers shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and started trading on Wednesday, according to Costamare ( CMRE ).

CMRE shares were up 3.4% in recent trading.
