Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.39 billion, up from $1.29 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.37 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal year 2024 adjusted EPS to "be at the high end of the prior guidance range, excluding the equity swap, of $0.44 to $0.47."

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.45.
