05:51 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cracker Barrel Old Country Store ( CBRL ) shares rose more than 7% in premarket activity Wednesday after the company said it was going back to its old logo.

"We thank our guests for sharing your voices and love for Cracker Barrel. We said we would listen, and we have. Our new logo is going away and our "Old Timer" will remain," Cracker Barrel said in a Facebook post.

Cracker Barrel earlier received criticism after the company scrapped the "Old Timer" figure in a new logo that was unveiled on Aug. 19.
