PHOENIX, Sept. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Brands, a leading provider of gifts, home décor, and specialty products, today announced the acquisition of The Gift Wrap Company, the oldest established gift wrap manufacturer in the United States.

Founded in 1903 in Massachusetts by Eli Hyman and Morris Silverman, The Gift Wrap Company built a reputation for innovation and artistry in the social expression and gift presentation categories. With more than a century of heritage, the brand has long been recognized for its distinctive wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and accessories that elevated the gift-giving experience for generations of consumers.

"Acquiring The Gift Wrap Company allows us to bring together two proud traditions of creativity and craftsmanship," said Paul DiGiovanni, CEO of Creative Brands. The acquisition strengthens Creative Brands leadership position in the seasonal and every day giftware markets, broadening its portfolio to include one of the most trusted and iconic names in the category. The Gift Wrap Company's product lines will integrate into Creative Brands national distribution network, while maintaining the artistic excellence and design distinction that has defined the brand for over 120 years.

"We are proud to preserve the history of The Gift Wrap Company while also providing fresh opportunities for innovation, design partnerships, and customer value," added DiGiovanni "This is not only an expansion of our business, but a reaffirmation of our mission to deliver products that enrich the moments of everyday life."

The Gift Wrap Company brand will continue under the CBC Group umbrella, with enhanced product development and design resources based in Phoenix, while honoring its historic New England origins.
