Criteo Enters Partnership With Dollar General's Retail Media Unit

10:07 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Criteo ( CRTO ) said Friday that it has entered into a partnership with Dollar General's ( DG ) retail media unit Dollar General Media Network.

The internet advertising firm said the deal supports Dollar General's ( DG ) onsite sponsored ad offerings and includes plans to extend access to newer ad formats later in the year. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the deal, Criteo ( CRTO ) said Dollar General ( DG ) can integrate first-party data, in-store sales data, and comprehensive shopper signals into Criteo's ( CRTO ) self-service demand-side platform Commerce Max.

The companies' brand partners will also be able to directly access Dollar General Media Network's inventory within their private market using Criteo's ( CRTO ) retailer monetization platform Commerce Yield, Criteo ( CRTO ) said.
