Cronos Group Ends Sale-Leaseback Deal with Future Farmco, Continues to Explore Options for Peace Naturals Campus

05:27 PM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cronos Group ( CRON ) said Tuesday it terminated the agreement with Future Farmco Canada for the sale and leaseback of the Peace Naturals Campus property in Ontario.

Future Farmco did not satisfy or waive due diligence and financing conditions by Monday's deadline, and its security deposit was returned, Cronos ( CRON ) added.

Cronos ( CRON ) is continuing to consider options for the Peace Naturals Campus, including expanding operations.
