10:33 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) and Cloudflare ( NET ) said Thursday they were expanding their partnership and connecting their platforms to deliver enhanced cybersecurity.

Integration of the Cloudflare One and CrowdStrike Falcon platforms will "deliver a fully integrated solution to global customers from a single API," the companies said.

Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.

CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) shares were down by more than 5% in recent trading, while Cloudflare ( NET ) was off by more than 6%.
