05:28 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Crown Castle ( CCI ) said late Monday its board has appointed Christian Hillabrant as president and chief executive officer, effective Sept. 15.

Hillabrant, who most recently served as CEO and chairman of Vantage Towers AG, will succeed Dan Schlanger, who served on an interim basis.

Schlanger is expected to be appointed as chief transformation officer.
