CSG Systems International Names Marwan Fawaz Next Chairman

04:25 AM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CSG Systems International ( CSGS ) said late Tuesday it has named board member Marwan Fawaz as chairman, effective following the company's May 2025 annual meeting of shareholders.

Fawaz succeeds Ron Cooper, who will step down at the end of his term on May 14.

Fawaz has served as a board member since 2016 and has more than 25 years of experience in the technology, media and telecommunications industries, the company said.
