CSG Systems Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase -- Shares Rise After Hours

05:33 PM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CSG Systems International ( CSGS ) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $1.65 per share, up from $0.92 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.21.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $316.7 million, up from $297.3 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $312.9 million.

The company said it expects full-year 2025 non-GAAP earnings of $4.55 to $4.80 per share on revenue of $1.21 billion to $1.25 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.54 on revenue of $1.22 billion.

Meanwhile, the company said its board approved a 7% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.32 per share.

The new dividend is payable on April 2 to shareholders of record on March 19.

Shares of CSG Systems International ( CSGS ) were up 5% in after-hours trading.
