Old Dominion Freight Line to Implement General Rate Increase

08:39 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Old Dominion Freight Line ( ODFL ) said Monday it will implement a general rate increase of 4.9% applicable to its 559, 670 and 550 tariffs, starting Dec. 2.

The increase is "intended to partially offset the rising costs of real estate, new equipment, technology investments, and competitive employee wage and benefit packages," the company said.
