Culp Signs Multiyear Agreement With 22NW to Secure Voting Support

05:16 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Culp ( CULP ) said late Monday it entered a new, multiyear agreement with 22NW, its largest shareholder, to secure voting support at its 2025 and 2026 annual shareholder meetings.

The company said new independent director candidates, Doug Collier and Lynn Heatherton, will be nominated for election to the board at the annual meetings, along with Alexander Jones of 22NW, who joined the board in 2024.

Culp ( CULP ) shares were up 1.3% in after-hours activity.
