CVR Energy Starts Turnaround at Kansas Refinery After Damage From Arctic Blast

04:51 PM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CVR Energy ( CVI ) said Friday it has started a planned turnaround at the Coffeyville, Kansas, refinery after damage sustained to its naphtha hydrotreater on Tuesday due to freezing weather conditions.

The company said it will provide updates on the turnaround during the next earnings conference call.
