04:21 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CyberArk Software ( CYBR ) plans to offer $750 million of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers.

Initial purchasers are expected to get a 13-day option to buy up to an additional $125 million of the notes, CyberArk said Wednesday in a statement.

The company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
