Cycurion ( CYCU ) reported stockholders' equity of $10.4 million in its filing for the period ended June 30, surpassing the $10 million minimum threshold.

The company said it received notification on Tuesday from Nasdaq stating the matter is now closed.

Shares of Cycurion ( CYCU ) were up more than 11% in after-hours activity.
