Darling Ingredients Unit Launches Euro-Denominated Debt Offering

05:21 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Darling Ingredients ( DAR ) said Monday that its Darling Global Finance unit has launched a 750 million-euro ($868.4 million) offering of senior notes.

The company plans to use the proceeds to help redeem the unit's 515 million euros of 3.625% senior notes due 2026, among other things.
