Datametrex AI Signs Letter of Intent to Buy Mobile Blockchain Game Cereal Crunch, Crunch Crypto Token

01:42 PM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Datametrex AI ( DTMXF ) on Monday said it signed a non-binding letter of intent to buy the mobile game Cereal Crunch from Sariel Diagnostics for C$3.5 million in shares.

Under the deal, Datametrex will purchase significant assets linked with Cereal Crunch, including game software, intellectual property, user databases, and the Crunch Token. The deal also includes C$300,000 cash component, and Sariel's Coinsquare account, integral for managing game-related cryptocurrency transactions, the company said.

The company will pay the costs of the acquisition with 70-million common shares at a deemed price of C$0.05 per share.

Datametrex share were last seen up C$0.005 to C$0.03 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
