The patents are related to carbon credit tokenization, acoustics, and financial automation, the company said.

The company said it has hired Fish and Richardson to lead the talks with global banks linked to infringement and licensing opportunities.

Also, Datavault said it selected Greenberg Traurig to back licensing activities in the acoustic industry for the WiSA HD wireless transmission technology.

The company's shares were rising over 8% in recent trading.
