10:59 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Datavault AI ( DVLT ) said Thursday it will relocate its corporate headquarters to Philadelphia from Beaverton, Oregon.

Site selection will be managed by a board-appointed subcommittee, the company said.

The company also said it opened a center for AI and quantum computing projects in Sandy Springs, Georgia and that it is opening a quantum computing facility in London, UK, to back European collaborations in tokenized assets and AI monetization.

Datavault AI ( DVLT ) shares were up past 8% in recent trading.
