Nov 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Monday:

** QatarEnergy will acquire a 23% stake from Chevron ( CVX )

in an offshore exploration block in Egyptian waters, it said.

** Swiss stock exchange operator SIX Group said it had

agreed to buy Aquis Exchange Plc in a cash offer that

values the business at 207 million pounds ($266.91 million),

sending the London-based company's shares soaring.

** Hong Kong-listed ASMPT ( ASMVF ) said it has ended

takeover talks with a potential suitor, curbing media

speculation around the semiconductor and electronics equipment

maker's possible privatisation.

** Private equity firm Genesis Capital has sweetened its bid

for Pacific Smiles ( PCSGF ), valuing the Australian dental chain

at A$316.4 million ($208.38 million), in what it called its

"best and final" offer.
