March 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** Recycled metal products maker Radius Recycling ( RDUS ) said

on Thursday it had entered into a definitive merger agreement

with Toyota Tsusho America, a U.S. subsidiary of Japanese

trading house Toyota Tsusho Corp ( TYHOF ) .

** Home brokerage Compass is in advanced talks to

acquire Warren Buffett's real-estate brokerage business, the

Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, citing people familiar

with the matter.
