April 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** Volkswagen's truckmaker Scania said it had agreed

to buy bankrupt Northvolt's division that makes battery packs

for heavy industry, reviving a transaction first presented in

February, for an undisclosed price.

** Arthur J Gallagher has completed the previously disclosed

$1.2 billion acquisition of San Francisco, California-based

Woodruff Sawyer.

** Prada struck a $1.38 billion deal to buy smaller rival

Versace from Capri Holdings ( CPRI ) on Thursday in a move that

unites two of the biggest names in Italian fashion and offers

the prospect of enhanced revenues.

** Totalis Program Underwriters has added private security and

alarm industry-focused Brownyard MacLean Security Insurance

Services to its roster of MGUs.
