DeFi Development Collaborates With Amber International to Expand Solana Treasury Services

11:21 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DeFi Development ( DFDV ) said Thursday it collaborated with Amber International ( AMBR ) , operating as Amber Premium.

The collaboration follows a memorandum of understanding. The companies will work on Solana-denominated treasury acquisition, staking, and validator integration, according to a statement.

The partnership will improve DeFi Development's ( DFDV ) Solana accumulation roadmap and increase Amber Premium's product offerings for institutional clients looking for infrastructure access on Solana, the company said.

Under the agreement, Amber Premium could serve as a broker for the company's treasury acquisitions, according to DeFI Development ( DFDV ).

Shares were down nearly 5% in recent trading.
