Delek Logistics Partners Agrees to 12-Year, 50,000-Acre West Texas Crude Oil Gathering Deal

08:23 AM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Delek Logistics Partners ( DKL ) said Tuesday it has agreed to a 12-year crude oil gathering deal for 50,000 acres with an unnamed oil and gas producer.

The agreement is supported by Delek Logistics' ( DKL ) Permian Gathering System in West Texas.

The transaction includes a minimum volume commitment. It increases DPG's total acreage dedication to over 350,000 acres, the company said.
