03:49 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Despegar.com ( DESP ) said late Wednesday it is partnering with HBX Group to expand its travel platform's offerings.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the agreement, HBX Group will make an advance payment to Despegar, which will have to meet certain booking targets for HBX Group products over an anticipated period of about eight and a half years, the company said.

Through the partnership Despegar plans to offer customers wider access to HBX Group's accommodations and travel services.
