12:33 PM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Diamondback Energy ( FANG ) , Halliburton Energy Services and VoltaGrid said Friday they have struck an agreement to deploy four electric simul-frac fleets in the Permian Basin.

VoltaGrid will deliver about 200 megawatts of electric power to support Diamondback Energy's ( FANG ) field operations, according to the statement. The fleets will use Halliburton's ( HAL ) ZEUS 6,000-horsepower all-electric fracturing technology.

Halliburton Energy Services is a business unit of Halliburton Company ( HAL ) .
