10:10 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Diana Shipping ( DSX ) said Monday that, via its subsidiary, it has signed a time charter contract with Propel Shipping for one of its Kamsarmax dry bulk vessels.

The contract for Astarte vessel is expected to generate about $4.68 million in gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter, the company said.

The charter is likely to start on Aug. 2, and will be in place for a period until minimum Aug. 16, 2026 up to maximum Oct. 16, 2026, the company added.
