Dick's Sporting Extends Exchange Offer Deadline for Foot Locker Notes

05:01 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dick's Sporting Goods (DKS) said late Tuesday it extended the expiration date of an offer to exchange any and all of Foot Locker's ( FL ) 4% senior notes due 2029 for the company's new 4% senior notes due 2029 to Sept. 9 from Aug. 29.

The settlement date is expected to be within two business days after the expiration date, the company said.
