07:33 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Digital Realty Trust ( DLR ) and Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia said Tuesday they formed a 50-50 joint venture to develop and operate data centers in Indonesia.

Bersama Digital Data Centres, a Jakarta-based data center platform, is now part of the newly established Digital Realty Bersama joint venture.

Digital Realty ( DLR ) contributed about $100 million for a 50% stake in the data centers and adjacent land, the companies said. Digital Realty ( DLR ) will also receive management and development fees from the venture.
