Digital Realty Trust Q3 Core FFO, Revenue Increase; Shares Rise After Hours

04:39 PM EDT, 10/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Digital Realty Trust ( DLR ) reported Q3 core funds from operations late Thursday of $1.67 per share, up from $1.62 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.67.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.43 billion, up from $1.40 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected revenue of $1.43 billion.

The company said it raised its 2024 Core FFO outlook to $6.65 to $6.75 per share from the previous range of $6.60 to $6.75 per share. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect funds from operations of $6.69.

The company expects revenue for the year of $5.55 billion to $5.60 billion. The previous guidance was $5.55 billion to $5.65 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $5.58 billion.

Shares of the company were up nearly 8% in after-hours activity.
