04:35 AM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DLocal Limited ( DLO ) said Thursday that it rejects the claims made in a recent short-seller report, describing them as incorrect and charged with motives that benefit from a decline in the company's stock value.

The company said that it has previously investigated similar matters, stating that its audit committee oversaw an independent review that found no such evidence.

Dlocal ( DLO ) asked investors in its statement to trust its audited financial reports rather than relying on short-seller narratives.

The company will not comment further on the allegations, dLocal said.
