DLP Resources Raises $6.4 Million by Closing Private Placement Offering

12:37 PM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DLP Resources ( DLPRF ) said Friday that it has raised more than $6.4 million, by completing a brokered offering for about $4.8 million and a non-brokered offering for about $1.6 million.

DLP issued about 16.1 million units at $0.40 apiece under the offering, comprised of about 12.1 million units issued under the brokered offering and about 4 million units issued under the non-brokered offering.

Each unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will allow the holder to buy one common share at an exercise price of $0.54 per warrant share for 36 months from the closing of the offering.

The company plans to use the proceeds for exploration and development and general working capital purposes.
